Geomatrix Services is well versed in administering, managing and executing Job Order contracts. In the year 2000, Geomatrix Services ventured to undertake administration of Job Order Contracts as a subcontractor for the New York City Transit Authority. The contract has ended in the Year 2004 and during this contract period we have successfully administered and completed about seventy projects that totaled to approximately 40 million dollars. Satisfactory completion of these projects demonstrates the capability of the company and its project managers to successfully handle multiple projects at one time, all of them involving work on multiple trades which need to be coordinated.

- New York City Department of Environmental Protection and
- Dormitory Authority, State of New York
